3. Payment
All project payments follow a milestone-based schedule agreed upon in the project scope document. Late payments may result in project hold.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom-developed code and assets become the client's property. Pre-existing libraries remain under their respective licenses.
5. Limitations
GitSpire is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of developed software.
